Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Facebook Automation By Rhrabbil ("the App", "we", "us") is a tool that lets a logged-in user connect their own Facebook Pages and Google Drive in order to schedule and publish their own video content to those Pages. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address you use to sign up or sign in (including via Google), used solely to identify your account.
• Facebook data: when you connect a Facebook account, we store the access token, your basic profile name/ID, and the list of Pages you manage (Page name, ID, follower count, and video count). This is used only to publish your videos and show your own stats.
• Google Drive data: a Google service-account key that you upload, used only to read the specific Drive folders you choose as video sources and to move posted files into a success sub-folder.
• Workflow settings: the folders, schedules and options you configure for each Page.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To publish videos you have provided, to the Facebook Pages you have connected.
• To display your own Pages' statistics (followers, posts, video counts) back to you.
• To run the posting schedules you configure.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the platforms required to provide the service (Facebook/Meta and Google), and our cloud database provider (Google Firebase).

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Realtime Database) under your own account record. Each user can only access their own data. Access tokens and the Drive key are stored only to operate the features you enabled, and are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can remove a connected profile or its data at any time from within the App, and you may request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. Removing a profile deletes its stored token and Page data from our database.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. The App includes built-in Export and Import features for your own data, and profile deletion controls.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the Facebook Graph API, Google Drive API, and Google Firebase. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
